Dave Young has over 30 years of local and federal law enforcement experience, including 8 years as a police officer and 22 years as an FBI Agent. With the FBI, Dave investigated hate crimes, law enforcement misconduct, counter-terrorism intelligence, and violent crimes. This also included 15 years working in conjunction with the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Units as the primary coordinator on a variety of violent crime cases and BAU initiatives. It further involved being the Threat Management Coordinator for the FBI Chicago Field Office, investigating violent threats and presenting to schools, corporate working groups, and houses of worship on pre-attack behaviors that may be indicative of violent intent. It also includes 17 years of FBI SWAT experience.
