Tim Miller is a 30-year law enforcement and military professional. As a Secret Service Special Agent assigned to the Washington Field Office, Tim coordinated all aspects of security for the President, Vice-President, and foreign heads of state on a regular basis. Tim is currently the Director of Security at Christ Fellowship in South Florida, a church of 35,000 with 7 campuses.
Steve began his law enforcement career in the US Secret Service with extensive training and operational experience in Executive Protection, Physical Security and Undercover Operations. He served in highly sensitive positions including major Presidential and High Profile Protective advances, conducted and managed numerous security surveys and reviews for high-security facilities including the White House.
Chuck Holton is a bestselling author, international reporter, photographer, video producer, public speaker, adventurer, businessman and homeschooling father of five. As a war correspondent, Chuck travels to more than a dozen countries each year. Drawing on extensive experience in areas of conflict, he brings a unique depth of perspective to the job of Director of Communications for LionHeart International Services Group.
Chris started his law enforcement career as a Baltimore City Police Officer and then went on to serve 25 years with the Gaithersburg Police Department, retiring at the rank of Captain. Chris has a Juris Doctor degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the Maryland Bar and the federal Bar for the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Chris currently serves as a supervisor on the security staff at the World Bank.
Mark has 25 years of successful investigative, analytical and managerial experience at the FBI. He served as the Strategic Partnership Coordinator at the FBI. He led several large teams in groundbreaking efforts that shaped the FBI in critical areas of investigations, communications, technology and intelligence. Mark is the leader of a large volunteer church security team that has set the bar for best practices in the Midwest.
Miles comes to the Lion Heart team with over 25 years of protective and supervisory experience with the United States Secret Service. Prior to his retirement Miles completed his career at the White House Branch where he served as the supervisor for the West Wing and Executive Residence. Additionally, Miles served as a supervisory instructor at the US Secret Service Training Center.
Abe Groveman is a member of the Montgomery County (MD) Police SWAT team and has over 10 years experience in uniformed and plain clothes law enforcement. Also a SWAT trainer, Abe is a recognized expert in Active Shooter and Firearms Training. Abe has also been directly involved in security planning and implementation for churches and non-profits in both professional and volunteer roles.
Michael Pellegrini has over 31 years of government service including 20 years in the military and 11 years in Federal Law Enforcement. Mike has trained law enforcement entities both in domestic and international settings. Currently, he is the Supervisor for all firearms and tactics training for a large federal law enforcement agency. Mike also teaches Marine Operations, Defensive Tactics and Drivers Training.
